Anyone remember March 1968? We had two consecutive days of measurable snow here in Baton Rouge around the 21st. Temperature stayed around 33 -36 degrees during the event.

I was in 1st grade. Schools were closed on the first day and I remember making a snowman. The second day it snowed during school. Our teacher tried to catch snowflakes on black construction paper.

I do recall someone telling me of snow flurries here in Baton Rouge in early April, I think sometime in the 1930's.

When I lived in North Carolina it snowed once in MID APRIL!!! It was crazy (It was also just two days short of being Raleigh's latest ever snowfall).
