The question is will the cold air be there in Richmond, VA to support snow for these storms?

Possible ... however, with Woodbridge, VA being a little further inland? (help me here) ... you have chances with a Miller B type scenario as well ... unfortunately, I gotta do a little more research on Miller C's ... but here's a couple of examples of Miller A and Miller B type scenarios (unfortunately RAH took there page down) ... but I was able to get some of that information and place it here (below)
