We'll see........Today.....51 degrees and rising in N VA........Tomorrow........the Blowtorch Cometh.......with 60 degrees...................Sunday..........wow......big cooldown coming.......high in mid 40s...................
We have almost no snow left even to the north of sunlight-blocking objects.
More mild to outright warm weather on the way for N VA...........Hmmm......I am actually beginning to get used to these temps.........jebwalks are easier with less coats on..............
We'll see.

Looks like.................
It appears from the models on Storm Fury's web site that the weekend Gulf system attempts to "round the corner" off SE coast possibly brushing Cape Cod and the islands. With very cold arctic air pushing south and the southern system pushing offshore, north to northeast winds should cause ocean affect snows over the Cape Cod area and maybe extreme SE Mass. Could be a nice beginning to an active week ahead.

Cold Front 77...
They are mentioning it but I just read updated discussion from NWS as of 4pm and they say the wind direction may be more NW
which would limit ocean fetch and probably kill my chances. The 2nd storm is more likely a miss(Wed-Thurs) but a close call for south coast, we'll see!!

Sorry, KOW ... however, your threat MAY come AFTER the SECS threat in the WED-FRI timeframe ...
