CPC WINTER WEATHER MAP SAYS HOLD ON A MIN IN D.C.!!

Someone care to explain this to me? The low risk includes us in D.C., and a moderate risk for those in Loudoun County westward... does this mean the Fairfax County (county just east of Loudoun and just South of D.C.) may sneak in a Winter Storm Warning? Or will it be an advisory where ice accums. will be near 1/4 inch? Thanks!

Well, I see they have expanded the ice event area and shifted the snow area a little further south vs. this morning's map. I guess they see a colder/more wintry solution. It's possible that Fairfax County falls into WS Warning criteria. They should at LEAST have a winter weather advisory.
