Not matchign the RUC RUC is a bit warmer on it and ETA and GFS also didnt ini correctly. So the temps according to the ETA and GFS are off pretty far so that could lead to nice setup for philly only just getting sleet and snow mix to heavy snow on the cold side of the storm.
4-8 inches is my call. Isolated lollipops could be higher.

are you saying 4-8 in the city, or for the suburbs?

Have you noticed the warm air in extreme SNJ and lower DE?

yes, but dt just mentioned it, and says 2-4 for philly, but 4-6 for pne,nxx,rdg,ttn.
