I found some stats for Winnipeg.

Total Snow since October 1st....7.1"
Normal snow since October 1st...9.1"
Percentage of Normal...78%

2.6 inches of snow to date here

2.5" in OCT
0.1" in NOV

OCT norm is 0.3"
NOV norm is 2.8"
