Cold in the northen plains this morning..

Now were talking cold.. Widespread teens and 20's below zero..

According to the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls, this morning’s low temperature of minus-19 the coldest the city has seen in eight years. With wind chills being even colder, it can be even more dangerous to be outside for extended periods of time.
