New York Snowfall

1. Cheektowaga 3.0"
2. Amherst 2.0" / 4" limbs on roof
3. Elma 1.5"
4. Buffalo 1.3"


Niagara County, NY

1. N. Tonawanda 3.2" / Trees Down

I wanna be in Buffalo right now, I heard this morning at 4AM that they already had 10 inches of snow and it was still snowing!!! :froze:

Angelwing,

Buffalo has picked up 22.5" so far. To put things into historic perspective, the largest previous snowfall I found there in October was 18" on 10/28/1814. This is a truly historic event.

WOW! Thanks for the update Don! Guess our local weather people at 4AM didn't have all the facts, that's a heck of a jump from 10" to 22.5" and it's only 9AM!

The 10" figure you might have heard at 4 am was the snowfall for today (excluding yesterday's figure).
