Most global and hurricane models are trending weaker for Cindy's regeneration at 0z... But just to mess with things, 0z Euro is trending stronger.

Well Cindy the models are showing oi coming back but it looks to be possible a new system forms from parts of Cindy. Here's the GFS run which shows what I'm taking about.
