Dr. Masters said 90L and 91L will be little threat. Deja vu, anyone?

Looks like 91L catches 90L...

At the 2pm graphic, the shaded cone area is gone. Any significance to this?

A weak area of low pressure located almost 800 miles west of the
Cape Verde Islands is producing limited shower activity.
Environmental conditions are not conducive for development, and
tropical cyclone formation is not expected while the system moves
westward to west-northwestward at 15 to 20 mph during the next
several days.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...near 0 percent.

I think so, because development is no longer expected. It also went down to 0%/0%, so I would personally say that it should be gone at most very soon.
