RBTOP

I was on the SSD sight looking at STS Beryl and notice the new IR enhancement RBTOP, I was just wondering what the significance of it is compared to the other enhancements, such as watervaper is for water vapor, and I believe JSL or funktop is used for precipitation estimates?
