Weekly Forecast Graphics

#1 Postby WeatherDudeB » Mon Sep 18, 2006 6:29 pm

I have looked and looked and looked but no luck yet. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to make weekly weather outlooks without buying a program. Or if need be a relatively cheap program. Just plan on using it for private use. Any tips needed. :(

I don't know of any programs off hand, but one thing we did when I work in Germany was we used a powerpoint presentation, with embedded Excel sheets for the graphics.

Here's an example: http://131.54.120.150/gifImages/21OWS_E ... -etar5.GIF

When I worked for the Special Forces, we also had a similar thing, but more abbreviated. In that example, we actually used the same symbols the NWS uses. Let me know if this helps.
