Yup.... miss just ONE payment and within 15-30 days you could find yourself completely uninsured--having lost ALL you paid into the policy...

Ahhhh but when the time comes for THEM to pay up... welllllllll that can take YEARS....

Don't even get me started on some of those companies.

It makes me furiuos everytime I read about an insurer screwing their customers this way. In LA and MS, we've paid much higher than normal premiums because of our risk of tropical systems. But yet, when the time comes that we are affected by the same systems that we've paid in for all these years, it takes suing them to get your money? That's BS! And now that many of them don't want to pay up, they're upping the rates dramatically.
