Ironically the first struck this summer has happened during Lightining Awareness Week! Still very sad.

Last I have heard is that the person was revitalized and has been moved to the hospital.

It's that time of year when these afternoon storms just come out of nowhere and catch people off guard. You don't even necessarily have to be directly under the storm to get hit either.

If it isn't alligators or sharks, it is lightning for Florida swimmers...
